Getting Started with eVins

Set up your eVins account quickly and explore the dashboard to begin managing your winery operations in minutes.

Prerequisites

Ensure you have:

  • A modern web browser like Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
  • An email address for account verification
  • Basic winery data ready, such as inventory items or supplier details No software installation required—eVins is a cloud-based platform.

Step 1: Register Your Account

Sign up for eVins in under 2 minutes. No credit card or commitment needed.

Visit the Registration Page

Enter Your Details

Provide your email, create a password, and fill in your winery name.

Leave advanced fields blank for now—you can configure them later.

Verify Your Email

Check your inbox for a verification link from eVins and click it to activate your account.

Use a business email for your winery to keep things organized.

Step 2: Log In and Complete Initial Setup

Access your dashboard and set basic preferences.

Navigate to https://app.evins.io and enter your credentials.

You'll land on the dashboard with a setup wizard.

Set Winery Details

Update your location, currency (EUR), and time zone in the profile menu.

Skip Advanced Setup

Choose "Basic Mode" to access tools immediately—no implementation required.

Create Your First Inventory Entry

Add a wine to your stock list.

Go to Inventory

Click "Inventory" in the left sidebar.

Add New Item

Select "New Entry" and fill details:
